NORTH STAR is a Sowing seed boutique operated by INDRAJEET SONI, with its registered office at 1ST FLOOR, SHOP NO-153, EXULT SHOPPERS, VESU, Vesu, Surat, Surat, Gujarat 395007. These terms apply to every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds — vegetable, hybrid, flower, and specialty planting lots sold for home and market gardens completed on this website.

2. Catalogue and pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
  • Stem counts, bunch sizes, and variety names on each product page define what is supplied.
  • Seasonal availability may vary; comparable substitutions are made only with your explicit approval.

3. Checkout and payment methods

  • Email verification is required before your first order can be placed.
  • We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) in supported service areas.
  • Your order reference is issued once payment is authorised or COD is confirmed.
  • Any COD handling fee is shown on the checkout summary before you submit.

4. Customer obligations

You must provide a complete delivery address and a reachable mobile number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in re-dispatch charges.

5. Natural floral variation

sowing seeds are living botanical products. Slight differences in petal shade, bloom diameter, or stem length between harvest batches are normal and do not constitute a defect.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies.
